 Okay, I ordered my retracts  Wink Hey! Another clue!
  Pictures to come soon. I also am trying to figure out how you put the stab into a fiberglass fuse.( Vertical fin is fiberglass and part of the complete fuse.) Huh
  I might have to tap someone with knowledge.....hmmm...can't think of anyone Roll Eyes

is the back of the fin open? than it's easy to apply glass cloth  strips wetted with epoxy  from inside.

  I stopped for a bit to get ideas on the stab and some other parts I needed help with. Thanks for your ideas. I worked a little on the corsair and will continue this build over Christmas weekend.

  I took a look at the canopy, and the years have yellowed the plastic. I am going to leave it in a window for a week and see if the sun's rays can clear it up. If anyone else has an idea please let me know.
  I also collected some gift cards for X-mas and plan on buying my engines for this bird!
